I was new to town and needed an electrician somewhat urgently to complete a project that was already underway and halfway through ended up needing electrical work. The electrician that the contractor contacted never showed up when he said he was going to. I was referred to Firefly by a friend who had heard good things about them. Forrest, one of the owners, not only came out the same day but was able to squeeze me into his schedule the following day because he knew completing my project was dependent upon the electrical work being completed. He was extremely professional, worked quickly, did not leave any mess and prices were reasonable. I have used him and other electricians in the company for I would guess about seven other projects in the last six months and I have been nothing but happy. My house is always left in the same or better condition than it was when they arrived. They have put up an extremely heavy alabaster chandelier, which required multiple guys and a scaffold/ladder on the staircase, but they got it done safely and the chandelier looks great. They installed a whole house Generac generator over the summer and Forrest was honest enough to tell me, after I had paid in full, that I was going to get a partial refund because one of the components that he had ordered for me was not necessary. I really appreciated his honesty. Anytime I call the company for anything, Raven answers the phone immediately or if I have to leave a message, she calls me back, typically within minutes. They are quick to come out and give estimates and scheduling is usually no more than a week or two out. I would highly recommend Firefly to anyone in the Tulsa area in need of electrical work.
